Return and Refund Policy
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your plants, you may return them for a full refund. Please use the following guidelines for your return.
- Plants must be checked upon arrival. Should you notice a problem and intend to return the plants you must contact us within four hours of receipt of your order or our return policy is void. We can be reached by phone, 734.347.0443, or by email: email@example.com. Please note that customer service hours are Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. eastern standard time. We will get back in touch with you during business hours.
- Please provide us with the reason for your return.
- You are responsible for return shipments using the same carrier to ensure the safe return of plants. Please use our email address for shipment details so we can track the package.
- Upon receipt of the return we will issue a complete refund for the plants.
